Bamboo is a pipe: Dawarich holds your location history and BambooHR holds the submitted records. The copies Bamboo keeps while you work (points, routes, hours chains and notes for a day) can be deleted automatically — but never before the day has been written and verified in BambooHR, and never while its period is still open. The timer below runs from when the period closes, not from the day you worked.
Always kept while your account is active: your odometer ledger, your write receipts (proof for pay questions), and your house location (it labels your House stops).
Closing deletes everything Bamboo holds for you — day working data, write receipts, the odometer ledger, your house location, and the record that your Dawarich API key was issued (the key itself is never stored in Bamboo). This cannot be undone.
Your Dawarich account is NOT touched (Bamboo only reads it) — after closing, sign in to Dawarich to export your data or delete that account there. If you saved a BambooHR credential in the vault, remove it from the vault separately.
